CIMS (NZ Coordinated Incident Management System) is the New Zealand Government Framework for managing incidents at any scale. It can be used to manage incidents from earthquakes to flooding through infrastructure failure to many others. The guiding principles of CIMS allow the system to be adapted to any response.
